Kristen Hamilton, sole proprietor, works hard and has earned the respect of colleagues and peers for being the best and being present for each and every project.
Kristen has over 30 years experience in marketing, sales, and event operations. She has a degree is in Communications and Journalism plus has earned the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.
She works at major events in the US organizing VIP Travel, Transport, Registration, Staffing, Volunteers, and Accommodation.
Currently contracted as the Senior Transport Lead with the F1 Miami Grand Prix. During the summer of 2022, Kristen was the Arrivals, Transport, & Departures Manager and the Event Operations Manager for the World Athletics Championships Oregon22 (see below). She's also worked numerous other world-class events including The Atlantic Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Bentonville Film Festival, InsideSales.com Accelerate, Tour of Utah, Colorado Classic, Tour of Alberta, and the Amgen Tour of California.
In tourism, Kristen has worked on both sides of the table as a Sales Director in hotels and resorts in both Montana and Oregon plus Operations Manager for ASA Tours Germany.
In publishing, she is the current Managing Editor of 406 Woman magazine and has worked in various roles with the Woodinville Weekly, 406 Celebrations, and the Flathead Beacon.
After spending most of her adult life in northwest Montana, she now lives on the beautiful northern Oregon coast and is an active volunteer in the community.

Managed all components associated to transport for over 6,000 athletes and constituents at 2 Ports of Entry, 35 Hotels, and 3 Venues; VAPP management for 15 event lots; Motorpool management with 75+ vehicles & Driver management with over 30 drivers; Oversee ROW Permitting, Barricade Placement & Traffic Control Plans; Established Wayfinding plan and placement; Staff management with LOC, contractors, and volunteers.
